Why we're writing this blog

A short note on what this blog is for, what we'll publish, and the standard we're holding ourselves to.

Moja is a call platform built from the wire up — we run our own VoIP network, and we build the tracking, routing, and AI analysis that sits on top of it. Building that way means we spend our days unusually close to how the voice channel actually works: what makes calls connect, what makes buyers pay for them, and where the data gets lost.

This blog is where we write that down.

What we'll publish

  • Call tracking and attribution — how the mechanics actually work, and what the data is good for once you have it.
  • AI on live calls — what holds up in production, and what doesn't.
  • Compliance — the regulatory side of the voice channel, treated as an engineering constraint rather than fine print.
  • Pay-per-call — the business of buying and selling calls, for people who run that business.
  • Benchmarks — eventually, anonymized aggregate patterns from real network traffic. Only when the numbers are ours and verified.

The standard

Two rules, and we intend to keep both:

  1. Real bylines. Everything here is written by people who work on the platform, under their own names or the team's.
  2. Real numbers. A statistic appears here only if we measured it ourselves or can cite who did.

We'd rather publish two good pieces a month than ten forgettable ones. If something here is wrong or out of date, tell us — [email protected].
