Getting Started with Moja AI

This guide will help you get started with Moja AI's call tracking platform.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A Moja AI account (sign up at mojaai.com)
• Access to your website's code for Dynamic Number Insertion
• At least one phone number to track

Step 1: Create Your First Campaign

1. Log into your Moja AI dashboard
2. Navigate to Campaigns → Create New
3. Enter your campaign details:
   • Campaign name
   • Target phone number
   • Tracking settings

Step 2: Set Up Dynamic Number Insertion

Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) allows you to show unique phone numbers to each visitor, enabling accurate call attribution.

Add this snippet to your website's head section:

Step 3: Configure Call Routing

Use the Visual Call Flow Builder to create your call routing logic:

1. Go to Call Flows → Create New Flow
2. Drag and drop nodes from the sidebar
3. Connect nodes to define your call flow
4. Save and activate your flow

Step 4: Enable QAI (Optional)

Enable AI-powered call analysis:

1. Navigate to Settings → QAI Intelligence
2. Enable transcription and sentiment analysis
3. Configure your custom questions
