- Information Processed on Your Behalf (Customer Data)
- As part of the Service, you submit data for processing ("Customer Data"). This includes information related to your marketing campaigns, phone numbers you provision or port, call logs, call recordings (if enabled by you), transcriptions, AI analysis results, and information about Callers provided during calls or captured by the Service (such as Caller ID information). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and allow us to process this Customer Data, including any personally identifiable information or “PII” of Callers, in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., call recording consent laws, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA).
- Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, features used, access times, and referring website addresses.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to collect information about your browsing activities, maintain user sessions, understand Service usage, and improve the Service. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.

Moja AI will make a list of third-party vendors available upon request.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or 13, depending on the jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. Specifically, our servers are located in the United States, and our third-party service providers operate around the world.
